Originally from Dayton, OH, Katie moved to Lexington, KY in 2020 with their wife and four pets. Starting at a young age, they began animating using basic software on old computers in their mom's computer lab before learning stop-motion animation in 2019. Fast forward to the present, and they have been involved in a myriad of creative projects and endeavors, receiving consistent accolades for their stop-motion animated releases, including a nod for a Grammy and their work featured in international publications. After working to develop their own style and skillsets, Katie has gone to begin Ambiguously Lost Studios, a production studio dedicated to bringing non-traditional narratives to light using animation and sound.
